We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are constantly reviewing and updating our COVID-19 protocols to be in accordance with all local, state, and federal/CDC guidelines, including but not limited to mask mandates.

Your company information will be listed in our on-site show directory and on our online floor map. 

We have contracted with LV Expo as our preferred logistics provider.  Information regarding shipping and other logistics can be found in your Exhibitor Guide that will be sent to you after submitting your contract. 

Our Logistics provider will pick up your empties and store them for you until the end of the show at which time they will deliver them directly to your booth at the close of the show. 

We provide 24-hour security on-site by a licensed/bonded security agency. 

Our staff will be available on the show floor and at the registration desk.  We are happy to assist you in any way we can during set-up.
